How Aurelia Works for Brands: From One Brief to Closeout
Aurelia for brands: post one campaign, get applicants ranked by Aurelia’s picks, send auto contracts, track shipping, approve content and pay creators.
Aurelia for brands is a creator campaign marketplace where a brand posts one campaign, hires creators of any size, and runs the whole job in one place: brief, applicants, contracts, shipping, content approval, payment and usage rights. It replaces the work that stalls in-house creator programs, such as weeks of searching, DMs and applicants to read, contracts in email threads, shipping spreadsheets, chasing content and paying creators one by one. The agency work is done in software, and the brand stays in control of every hire.
Setup takes a website. Aurelia reads the brand's public site and builds a brand card with the name, logo, colours, social profiles, category and a short description, which the brand confirms. A brand kit with logos, fonts, voice, always-do and never-do rules, hashtags and shop links carries into every campaign. Campaigns start three ways: a researched template from dozens across more than twenty industries, an imported brief (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, Notion export, email or photo) turned into a ready-to-edit campaign with gaps flagged, or a blank one-page document with a live preview.
A live campaign appears in the Aurelia creator marketplace, and invite links bring in creators the brand already knows, pinned at the top of its applicants. Aurelia's picks read every application against the brief and rank who to hire, with up to three plain reasons, one risk line and real work samples. Fit with the brief comes first, then delivery reliability; picks never read gender, race, age or appearance, and the brand sees every applicant. One tap approves a shortlist, with backups lined up.
Approving a creator sends an automatic offer with the contract attached. The agreement is generated from the campaign, with optional paid-ads usage of 3, 6 or 12 months and exclusivity of 30, 60 or 90 days. Creators accept and sign in one step, the brand countersigns everyone at once, and each signed agreement gets a signature certificate. Product ships only to signed creators, with addresses validated and tracking imported from a 3PL, Shopify export or sheet. Creators upload into a versioned workroom, and the brand comments at the exact second of a video, requests changes in one send and approves all with the payout stated.
Aurelia Manager sends routine updates such as kickoff, shipped, due soon, overdue and approved, Aurelia follows up with creators who go quiet, and a daily brief shows the team what needs it. If a creator misses a deadline, Aurelia brings the brand its best backup. The brand pays one campaign order through Stripe. The budget is paid in before the campaign goes live and held until work is approved, and each creator is paid to their bank automatically when the brand approves their work. Approved work is always paid, and a brand can cancel a campaign at any point and get its campaign budget back, minus the platform fee. At closeout, usage rights are recorded automatically and all final files download in one ZIP. The workspace is free, with no subscription or seats. Aurelia's model is a brand fee on top plus a creator fee: the brand's platform fee is added on top of the creator budget, starting at 10% with a $99 minimum, and creators pay a 10% creator fee as of October 2026, already taken out of the take-home shown before they apply. A $3,000 creator budget costs the brand $3,300 and creators receive $2,700. Unspent creator budget comes back to the brand after the campaign closes.
